LEGAL STATEMENT

The website www.kalurshome.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is operated primarily for the purpose of offering services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). This necessarily involves working with personal data. Because we want you to be as well informed as possible about what we do with the personal data collected in this way, we have written this Privacy Policy for you, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).

In the privacy policy you will learn in particular:

  1. What information do we collect and for what reason?

  2. How we use this information.

  3. What are your rights regarding the private information we use and how to exercise them with us?

Information we collect about you

In connection with the provision of services, we collect your name or nickname, address, e-mail address, and telephone number.
Without collecting this personal data, we would not be able to provide you with all the services provided at the best level, as we provide today.

How we use information

We use the personal data we collect primarily for the purpose of providing the Services and to provide all related documentation.

We archive the collected data for the period strictly necessary according to the legal regulations and in connection with the contractual relationship and any dispute arising from it. Considering that a legal dispute may arise within 3 years of the termination of the contractual relationship, we archive the collected data for a period of 4 years. We collect contractual data for a longer period only in connection with the fulfillment of legal obligations. Earlier deletion of the collected data may occur based on the request of the data subject, as stated below.

The collected personal data is not disclosed to third parties in any way without a proper legal reason.

What rights do you have and how to exercise them?

Right to access and rectification
At any time in the future, you can ask us to send you a confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed by sending a message to the email address info@kalurshome.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “operator’s email address”). If your data is being processed by us, we may, at your request, inform you, in addition to the information provided in this Privacy Policy, about any third parties to whom your personal data has been or will be disclosed, and if we do not obtain personal data from you, you have the right to all information available to us about where we obtained your personal information.

If we process your personal data about you inaccurately, you can notify us of this fact by sending a message to the operator’s email address, and we will correct the inaccurate personal data without undue delay.

Right to object to the processing of personal data
If we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to such processing by sending a message to the operator's email address. If you submit such an objection, we will not be able to process your personal data until we demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds for processing and that this reason overrides your interests, rights and freedoms or the exercise or defence of legal claims.


If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes (e.g. for the purpose of sending commercial communications), you may object to such processing at the above email address, and after such an objection has been raised, we will no longer process this data for direct marketing purposes.

Right to restriction of processing of personal data
You have the right to restrict any processing of your personal data, including erasure:

  1. If you inform us that the personal data we have collected are inaccurate, pending verification of their accuracy.

  2. If the processing of your personal data is unlawful and you request the restriction of their use by sending a message to the operator's email address instead of erasure.

  3. If we no longer need your personal data to provide our services, but you require them to establish, exercise or defend your legal claims.

  4. If you object to the processing in accordance with the paragraph above, pending verification of whether our reasons for processing outweigh your interests.

Right to be forgotten (right to erasure of personal data)
In the event that you find that we are processing your personal data:

  1. Although their processing is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we obtained them.

  2. You withdraw your consent to their processing and at the same time there will be no other reason for their processing (of course only in cases where we process your personal data based on your consent).

  3. If you raise an objection in accordance with the paragraph above and we are unable to demonstrate legitimate reasons for their processing that outweigh your interests, your rights and freedoms or the exercise or defense of legal claims.

  4. Unjustified.

You have the right to have us delete your personal data processed in this way without undue delay by sending a message to the operator's e-mail address. We cannot delete the data even at your request if their processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfillment of one of our legal obligations or for the fulfillment of a task carried out in the public interest, or for the determination, exercise or defense of our legal claims.

Right to provide data in machine-readable form
If you ask us to provide you with the personal data we process by sending a message to the operator's e-mail address, we will send it to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (e.g. *.pdf format, or one of the table formats), if we process the data in this way. If you ask us to send your personal data to another personal data controller, we are obliged to do so, but again only if we are already processing it in this way.

Right to withdraw consent to sending commercial communications at any time
If you no longer wish to receive commercial communications from us, you can withdraw your consent to their sending at any time without giving reasons either by clicking on the marked link, which will be part of each commercial communication, or by sending a message to the operator's e-mail address.

Right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection
If, in your opinion, we do not comply with all of our legal obligations arising in connection with the processing of your personal data, you may contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, either at their registered office at Pplk.
